Red Dots on tongue
I have noticed red dots on my tongue, in the morning it was only one and by the evening I noticed 2 of them..they are very small in size.. what it could be..

It maybe lingual papillitis and normally heals itself within few days It msy also be due to vitamain deficiencies . Taking Multivitamins may be helpful

Hi,they could be normal ,so donot worry,avoid spicy and hot foods for few days,see dentist asap and lastly donot use tongue cleaner for few days.
