Hello do not use anything sharp as toothpick as gums are very soft tissues
You may create infection there
Please visit a dentist for a check up so that wisdom tooth position can be checked thoroughly

hello mam
if your upper teeth are hurting there might be cavities due to decay .bleeding gums suggest gum problems .pain in wisdom tooth may be because of decay .all three conditions need good clinical examination. visit a dentist.
A clinical checkup would give a better picture of your discomfort and aid in suggesting you a suitable treatment plan.
However the pain you are complaining off could be due to a cavity mostly or a periodontal problem.
Wisdom tooth is often painful and should errupt till you turn 23.
If it hurts way too much you can opt for its removal.
Hii,
Please do not use toothpick,it will worsen the situation.Secondly if wisdom tooth is causing pain or discomfort it needs to be removed. You need to visit your dentist to rule out other cause of pain may be a cavity or decay.
