Gum inflammation and slight bleeding
Recently he noticed a blackish and white line under his molar teeth right over the gum the gums around it are slightly swollen and bleeding a little bit What could it be? And what should be done?? I've attached a picture of it.

This is called calculus. Calculus is hardened plaque that forms on the gum margin as is seen in the picture uploaded. The gum as described is swollen and bleeding , that means there is high bacterial action in the gum region. This occurs due to neglected oral hygiene; incorrect brushing technique, brushing in hurry often does not allow the brush to reach the posterior teeth.

Hello , No need to worry,it’s just calculus , (deposits of food and bacterial byproducts ) you should visit your nearby dentist and do scaling and polishing (professional cleaning of your teeth) Once this deposits are removed the bleeding will stop and your gums will become healthy

The black line around the gums is calcified Plaque which is called Calculus which has become accumulated around the tooth. Its basically deposition of bad oral bacteria which infects the tooth and gums. The solution is get it removed immediately othervise it will progress further and will weaken the gums and tooth.
