Hello 1) removal of wisdom tooth has no effect on surrounding teeth in fact extraction of tooth may relieve the pressure pain if any. 2)While removal of teeth you may not feel any pain. After vaining of anaesthesia there will be pain but it will subside with pain killers and cold compression. 3) extraction of wisdom tooth doesn’t damage any vital structures

If the extraction is done by an experienced surgeon no damage will occur to the adjacent teeth. During extraction you will be anesthetised and there will be no pain. After extraction slight discomfort is there but it is in control with antibiotics and painkillers.
