For relief please apply dologel or dentogel to the affected area 3-4 times a day. There are lots of reasons for ulcers sometimes it happens because of nutritional deficiencies, stress, viral infections.please see physician also to check for any infections.
You are having ulceration on the lips and tongue. Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet. It will take a week or so to resolve
Your photo is suggestive of Canker Sore, or Aphthous as we call it, but do you also have fever with it? And was the ulcer filled with water/pus before? Because that will change the diagnosis
