If blood is coming that means you have infection in gums and for bad breath there are lots of reasons
Certain food items create bad smell in mouth
Less water intake can lead to bad breath
Infection and pus in gums and surrounding tissues can create it.
Diabetes
Tonsil infections
Gastrointestinal infections
Please visit a dentist to rule out the reason and please get the scaling done for bleeding gums

You should visit a dentist & get scaling done. Brushing your tongue, flossing & using mouthwash along with your regular brushing will help to reduce bad breath.

When you visit your dentist, can also check on any medication that you are taking which can cause swelling & bleeding of the gums
