Hi sir ...   Pain in gums is due to many reasons..    ** soft and hard deposits( plaque and calculus)   ** Due to dental caries which may progress in to pulp and cause gum inflamation( Gingival or periodontal abcess) Kindly visit dentists to rule out the cause... If the pain is due to deposits, scaling and polishing(Teeth cleaning) should be done.... If it is due to dental caries , then depends on extent of caries treatment option should be made... If the caries is superficial, then we need to go for teeth colour filling... If it is deep, you should go for Root canal treatment and capping ...
Next Steps
kindly visit dentistas for furthur consultation and management...

There can be many reasons for the pain. Better you visit your dentist and get check-up done then only you will come to know the cause of pain.
