Stomach Problems & Remedies

My son is having stomach pains doctor told to take scan we took it's show in imperssion_ mesenteric adenitis. But doctor is saying no problem in stomach he must have motion problem so given evict medicine but i am feeling there is a problem so can any one give clear note on this.. And in urine test also normal but bacteria is present /hpf . Pls clear me...

My mother is having gastric problem from last 2 3 years . before it was not that much but nowadays it's worse . She do loud belching or burping all the time in whole day and it become more in restroom .And she feel bloated . She had diagnosed depression before and was under medication for one year and more on other different intervals . When she's under medication these belching get vanished completely but after stopping medication when she is normal these belch get worse day to day . Kindly give me guidance regarding it is it from depression or it's stomach gastric  problem.

I'm 20 yr old male and I'm Always suffering from mild lower abdominal pain and bloating. even sometimes i suffer from diarrhoea and sometimes constipation. i also feel bloated and i fart a lot too. Even I've tested myself for Gluten test(blood serum ttg) and the result is- 1. Anti transglutaminase igA antibody- 22.77 units 2. Anti transglutaminase igG antibody- 10.48 units. Even I've attached the test report. I've done colonoscopy, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, LFT, CBC test as well and these all are nearly normal. only colonoscopy shows type 1 hemorrhoid and ultrasound shows mildly prominent bowel loops. Please suggest me what should i do next? should i go for gluten-free diet or done a biopsy of my small intestine for coeliac disease?

Spgt 99, sgot is 48 and A/G ratio 1.69 and my age is 33 year, Please help me I am in depression.how can it become normal.

Hi Doctor My husband weighed 83 kgs last month but from over a month his weight has drastically come down to 74 kgs. He eats as per his routine although has lost his father two weeks backs. As soon I get up from bed burping starts and it is in frequent intervals even if I drink water, walk a little etc. In endoscopy they mentioned as LES is loosen(No H. Pylori). But the barium swallow test show these is no reflex. On investing blood test they found out that Vitamin B12 and D deficiency.. My doc said suggested 6 week nirobioun forte injection 2ML and 8 weeks Micro D3 tablet. I want to check for second opinion here. Will the burping stops after this ?? Some time due to acid regurgitation burping will struck near chest area and feels a lots of discomfort to throat n feels like shortness of breath. Some time a pain in right n left chest. Is there any medicine which can ease this discomfort ?? Is All because of vitamin deficiency, the numbness in legs, back, neck and upper thigh n light headache also there.
