6 months ago, I had laparoscopic right inguinal hernia surgery done. There will be mild pain in the mesh area rarely these days. Is it fine to do exercises like abdominal crunches where there'llbe immense pressure on abdomen?

I always feel a vomiting tendency. I don't feel hungry at all and each and every time I have a puking tendency. After two or three spoons of food my stomach is full.
