I am suffering from inflammation and light pain in my lower abdomen and when this situation is on peak inflammation cover all right side of front and back area of my stomach beneath right chest limb. Inflammatio feel me when 1.my urine is yellow caused to lack of water consumed. 2. When stool urge feeling and it is constipation.                       "My doubt is that i am suffering from right side large intestine ulcer+fatty liver+IBS". I have under supervision of Dr. Anuj Sarkari(MBBS, MS, Gastro) he did endoscopy, x-ray, ultrasound and blood test about kidney and liver function, and blood test related hepatitis, blood count, infection, suger etc. But all normal only "Fatty Liver" detected. Dr. Anuj Sarkari is giving me 1.hidrogen dissodium citrate syrup 2. Mebeverine 140 cap 3. Rabekind plus and dulecetine 20 tab 4. Pre and probiotics cap 5. Vitamin E cap 6. Tramadol+paracetamol tab 7. Hey so one of the female in my family whose age is 34 , yesterday evening she  experienced sudden pain in stomach.she has no previous medical history related to abdomen..pain was that high that she was not able to bear it..she remained unconscious for 4-5 minutes...so we rushed her to hospital in emergency..after 4-5 minutes she got her consciousness back..by the time we reached hospital (hardly within 10-15 minutes) she felt her pain has reduced to 50%.According to the patient she got 2 hiccups when we were rushing her to the hospital, according to her she felt relief after those 2 hiccups. ..in hospital she got the necessary treatment(painkiller injection) and they advised ultrasound for further treatment..after that they discharged her and we took her to the home.for now the patient is expert a very little pain in back and stomach..so today we got her ultrasound and back x-rays...Looking here for the opinions of other doctors with whom I can share the detail reports

After eating and before food i heard water sound on stomach burping and farting immediately after food

Dear doctor. On 19 july suddenly started acidity and it was till 21 July (light latrin). But from 22 July my stomach stopped producing latrin and after every 1 hour I was going to bathroom but unable to do latrin. Sometimes my ass dropped 2-3 drops of blood. Still my latrin is not clear and at every 20 mins I'm feeling that this time I can do latrin but nothing happening in bathroom. My stomach is paining every time. I'm not able to concentrate on anything. I'm eating very light food and cold foods. Please doctor help me out from this problem.🙏🙏

I have not much interest to eating food always feel a stomach discomfort.when i see doctor for this condition they take many test and told me i have very small  hiatus hernia.in addition to this i have inguinal hernia also whether this will effect proper digestion do you have any suggestion on my condition?is this continue in my life time?
