My mother has got period back after 1 year from menopause, her harnneoha has to be removed. Is getting periods back cause of concern.

Hello There, I am suffering from severe while passing motion. This pain continues even though I am seating normally. It feels like to much of discomfort near rectum area. I was facing h pylori last to last month. After being tested doctor gave me triple therapy for 14 days and then. I did not test for h pylori again as my doctor said that I have irradicated h pylori without taking any test. But currently I am facing a issue that even if I eat a bit also spicy food I get inflammation kind of sensation on my back exactly behind left side of my chest area and this is happening since quite a while now. What can be the reason and what should I do.

I have been facing chest burn from few month so badly that I feel like heavily cough and like vomitting. Due to covid recovery and post covid I used lot of tablets ,and antibiotics . After recovering from everything Im getting burning sensation from 20 days . I went to dermatologist and piles surgeon they told it's is not piles and told small type of fungus agfter the course completed I still not relived from this sensation.. plz tell which type of doctor should I go.
