I m getting pinworms in motion,night time I can feel in my anus, how to treat this, and get rid of this

I have issues related to IBS-D since childhood. As of now, I have proper bowel movements but suddenly in between I have bouts of periods of no bowel movement for few days. It is accompanied by trapped foul smelling gas. Have tried probiotics, but it takes many days to recover. Very uncomfortable situation. Could you suggest any measures.

Watery output for 7 or more times and tendency for going to toilet. Also stomach cramping with discomfort . Can I take loperamide 2mg . Any interactions with Venice xr or any other medicine to stop diarrhea and stomach pain associated with continuous motion ?

I have been diagnosed with sliding hiatus hernia through endoscopy. The doc said it is less than 2cm. I am taking Rabeprazole-Domeperidone combination daily. There is occasional nausea and vomiting, mostly in the morning hours. Sometimes I can feel globus sensation in the epigastrium mostly after taking food. For how many days these drugs can be taken safely. Is there a need for any additional treatment?
