I feel nausea while eating food every time. Always feels bloated. It is from past 6 to 7 months...!!

I'm farting so many times per a day.. I consumes normal food only but i fart regularly.. is it serious or normal?

I have attached my liver function test, the levels of AG ratio, Bilirubin are more than normal, I am on currently nexito anxiety therapy.

I am facing pain while swallowing  the right chest for the past 3 years. Its curing completely for some time. But again it's coming. I took endoscopy before 3 years and diagnosed with esophagitis grade 1 Before 3 months I undergone ph manometry test. Report was normal. There is no reflux. But now again am facing the same difficulty while swallowing for 2 months. Please guide me the causes and treatment. Its horrible experience daily am facing. I took ppi also for 1 month.but there was no use Please help me on this. Is reflux only the reason for esophagitis or some other probs?

I'm having acidity issue for long time which I get on n off. One week back, I had burning sensation in the chest whenever I ate. Starting taking sucralfate syrup for 3 days and the problem became ok. For past 4days I'm having belching frequently, even if I drink water I burp 4 times. Mild Pain (kind of some tight feeling) on the sides of the throat(topmost part of neck), some discomfort on the cheeks like mild pain, as if the cheek region is over tired of speaking for hours but I don't speak much. Due to this, I'm unable to speak more than a few words or bit loud too. This cheek pain is so uncomfortable.. Is this all due to gastritis. Should I check on anything else.

I have been applying anobliss cream since last 6 months but my fissure is not healing shall i continue using it. I don't want get this operated. Is there any harm in using this cream??

I have pain in center of ribcage it will be there in early morning upon waking up and reduce as the day passes by it will be increased if I do excercise in morning and I have burping problem and my stomach does sounds
