Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello there. I've been having stomach disorders for a long time now. At first it seemed pretty normal but I've been burping and farting too much these days. The stool won't pass through until the gas isn't released and both the stool and the gas smell really bad. No matter what I eat, my stomach feels bloated. I've also been experiencing a mild pain in my stomach since this morning. What must I do to get rid of all this? And what kind of diet is suitable/recommended for people facing such issues? Any help would be appreciated.

Dr. Shahid Parvez, My endoscopy reports impression is Aternal Gastric. It is normal other. But i felt always throat pain, vocal cord pain, hard to speak and i did my larangeo-scopy. My left vocal cord has been little half. Or they are not combined . So what i do please help me.

Hi mom suffering from diarrhea since sunday, feaver litly, vomiting now no fever, vomit but if any thing ate passing green watery stool. Taking bifilac, zenflax oz, para, thn trips with injection but loose stools not stoping, can we take lopearate to stop? Y green clour watery is this any concern pls suggest
