Getting pain in left side chest area and pain in middle of chest from today..yesterday got pain in right side and took ecg and everything is normal in reports...previously I have the issue of acid formation

Pain in middle of chest and unable to sleep at all  ...if I sit only feeling comfortable...and feeling like something is a upside

I have done endoscopy and I have h pylori bacteria and I'm taking sompraz hp tablet for a period of more than 10 days now I'm having blood in stool it is due to the bacteria or some other complication?

My piles is getting worse day by day is there any precautions I can take or medicine that can help me
