Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having a loose motion and lower back pain and legs pain .Please suggest medicine and treatment

It aches above the stomach when try to take a long breath, nd having a gastric issue, sometimes fever also, after having a meal from outer the stomach becomes very tight

Suffering from Loose motions from last 3 days and dehydration, weakness Currently taking ORS and eating daliya and khichdi in takes medicine named  Nor- Metrogyl

My total billrubin is 1.49 and other reports are normal plz suggest me should I start my treatment for this?

Digestion are not good. Little bit cough in the morning after wakeup some times chest pain and headche Don't feel to eat proper food.

I have full pain n fullness in regions marked 1 & 3 radiating to same places at back.... there is associated tenderness and cramps at both the points. I have been taking few medicines like ganaton, equiset etc which provided relief for few days but again happening today My blood tests related to liver, pancreas like LFT, amylase, Cbc etc are normal.. no vomiting/ nausea/ blood in stools/ pain not associated wid meals.. happens randomly My endoscopy done around 11 months ago was perfectly normal Plz suggest or guide me about my problem History of IBS

My mother has diagnosed with multiple gallstones largest measuring 15mm. She is not ready to remove gallbladder and afraid of having surgery. She is also having sugar of 272(before food) and cyst of measuring 4*3cm. Should we go for Surgery to remove the whole gallbladder or try Homeopathy or Ayurveda ? Doctor currently prescribed 4 tablets i.e. Ulyses300, Qtil 500, chymoral forte and cap happi d.

I have Digestive problem, after eating Fish, meat I generally face problm like lose motion, diarrhea. I have too much gas problem & I senseless due to gas. ( I think so ) Last year I senseless due to Diarrhea. But this year I senseless nearly for 1 min without any stomac problem. ( But before senseless I feel little pain on my stomac ) What to do ?
