Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have set alarm to remind me to eat at regular intervals. But even that does not work. I convince myself to eat in few minutes and forget about it, end up having one meal a day. Eating feels like worktl that i do not enjoy and keep putting away.

I have acidity and constipation problem.i have sometime pain in stomach. I need to go to toilet many times.Help me how to treat it

2 days ago after eating I had stomach pain and motions. I took medicine from medplus. Motions is not there . But stomach osbpaining some tym and then I have to go for Bathrooms

I've been suffering from hyperacidity from Jun 20 i feel burning sensation (in stomach,chest,chest backside, throat) and bloating, nausea. I've been on medications like NORMAXIN+RIFAMAXIN 550MG+RABEPRAZOLE 20MG+ESMOPRAZOLE 20MG. I've undergone BLOOD TESTS, ULTRASOUND, CONTRAST CT SCAN, ENDOSCOPY+BIOPSY(Recently). Everything came normal just H.Pylori bacteria detected in biopsy and extradition medications taken for 2 weeks but i still feel burning and nausea. Now I've been again prescribed NORMAXIN RT and Esophageal PH Metery but i feel frustrated now as nothing is getting diagnosed.

2 weeks back I had taken a course of amoxyclav for my tooth infection along with vizylac rich capsule(twice a day) for 5 days since then that I am having stomach discomfort, initially it fet like gas inside stomach, the slowly i had pain in the centre stomach area. My stool are normal but i see pale yellowish colour sometimes. 4-5 days back i had stomach ache before sleeping, the next day I consulted a doctor via practo and he prescribed me this, since last 2-3 days i am on the medicines attached in the images. Symptoms i have now: After eating today i fet a little ache in the central area, then when i was outside before dinner it felt like air/gas, the pain that i used to have before sleeping is not there, Still sometime i feel slight(2/10) nauseous and I don't feel fresh. Please help me out, should I continue with the medicines or change is needed?

Today I have bleeding from rectum very less amount of blood while I went to poop but I didn't feel any pain.. what could be the possible reasons and what needs to be done?
