While checking lFT my sgpt level showing 120 and sgot 70 showing.billirubin is 2. 15 years back I had hepatitis and taken 2 years to become normal. Occasion I taken drinks and weekly once take chicken items.Daily 4 tea with sugar will take.Excerise is not regular ,but daily walks 2 km in the morning. If I stop the above food habits ,can I reduce these levels.

Hello sir I am suffering from constipation from last 1 month, it is feeling like blocking someting when i go to motion.i was used a tonic for 2 days but not more than that.still problem was not cleared  and the stomach is feeling tight with gas.Which medicine can i use and how many days? When i tested my LFT the serum bilurubin was 1.3mg and direct bilurubin 0.2mg. Is it normal range . Im using sucral syrup and adliv forte tablets.now now it is cleared discomfort in stomach. But can i use any syrup for constipatiom also along with these medicines.Please help me with the problem sir

Hello Doctors , A gall stone surgery ( laproscopic) was done on 11/07/2021 ,she was released from hospital on 13/07/2021 ) . Last 3 days at home she was fine but today morning suddenly she felt an extreme gas pressure at her lowar chest and back position for 1 hour , then again at noon same problem . In the evening it was extreme like she was out of control due to this pain and we took her to nearby clinic . Right now there is no gastroenterologist an the clinic . What may be the cause behind this ? Is is something serious . Please help

Healthy and no other conditions except for Vitamin D level of 5.5. The problem started when I skipped my meals or not eating healthy and irregular timings in lockdown. It started with a feeling of emptiness (as if there is cold air stuck in the area where we usually feel acidity heartburn). Even after meals, I felt as if something empty inside (similar to when hungry). However there was no acidity pain or obvious gas symptoms. 2-3 weeks later, I started experiencing mild heartburn mostly when empty stomach, and 45-60 mins post meals, I get excessive gas (bloating mostly) which will last 2-3 hours. There was also slight shortness of breath especially in semi-lying position (e.g. slouching in couch), not sure if that's related to this, as it goes away in 3-4 days. After 2 days of above gas symptoms, I started Ranidom (Omeprazole 10 and Domperidone 15), for around 60 days now. Its helping the symptoms. Should I continue this (how long?) or anything serious to go for check up ? Thanks!

Getting stomach pain,normal free motion,eating small quantity feeling heavy. More pain early mng,normal pain in day time. What might be reasons not continously days getting some days gone again some days.
