First of all issue with constipation then after gas is created inside the stomach and if all going good then issue with digestion and feeling some irritation and pain  in stomach

Hello doctors, my mother has multiple gallstones measuring largest 15mm (he gave us 1-2months to control diabetes as well before surgery) and a Cyst measuring 4*3 cm in the right adnexa. Doctor has suggested to remove gallbladder through laparoscopy or robotics surgery but said it is not important to remove the Cyst as will become little expensive ,over budget and unaffordable for us to have both surgery at same time. And also said it will have rare change of any complexity in the future. So is it okey to not touch the cyst or we should somehow remove it along with gallbladder ?

My stool color is coming dark since yesterday. My liver enzymes are elevated and sometimes I feel a little dizziness. Its been 2 ½ months since I recovered from COVID. I'm non smoker and non alcoholic. What to do now? Please explain in detail.

Doctor has given ( sitcomforte + daflon 500 mg + anobliss ointment) of 14 days course for haemorrhoids after that feeling better but wil it reoccur if I stop taking tablets
