Sometimes observed blood in stool. Also stool is too tiet. Stomach jealous also feeling. Please suggest.

I am feeling very weak, when I stand off from bed I feel dizziness and heat in breathe. When I goes to toilet blood comes from stool and feel hard. I think I am also suffering from piles

For past 2-3 weeks, I feel something is stuck in throat only.. this happens after food no other symptom. Takin tricaine and esomefol for last two days.. however very less improvement This is prescribed medication though

After eating chickpeas...maybe I got a stomach infection leading to have waterly stool 2 to 3 times a day. Plz advice?

My  age 20 ,haemoglobin is 18.1 and rbc paramaters are mch 33 ,mchc 38.4 and rdw is 14.8 and also my b12 is 317 and my folate checked a year ago is less than 50 i am having symptoms such as shortness of breath and extreme fatigue and also weakness and a lot of muscle pain and also poor digestion and stomach pain want to ask is it because of folate deficiency and why haemoglobin abnormal

Today I had my lunch, immediately after 10mins I started to vomit all my food and at the end a small amount of blood came.

From last 2 months I am having mild pain in upper right side of stomach (under ribs) and stomach bloating. I have consulted many doctors, they have advised me acidity issue and medicines for same but not getting relief. Ultrasound report, blood test and urine test are fine. Please help.

Problem occurs from March 2021 after eating or drinking so much burping with bitter taste also pain radiates in upper abdomen and also chest. When massage on pain area gas passes and feel relief in pain. But after some time pain comes again. Also pain radiated from upper stomach to chest.
