Mucus secretion from one month, some time getting burning during toilet. Some time blood also come in toilet. Not sure this is piles or something serious

My self Anand Rathod and I am 29 years Old, past few days I am suffering from stomuch pain, I did sonography for same and Found a 2-3mm stone, kindly kelp me, what to do

From about last 2 months, i am getting diarrhea once or twice in a week. Can't able to track down what's causing it as I am eating always home made food. Diarrhea is consistency wise not frequency wise as I go for motion only once in a day. During the motion, first come normal stool then some loose or watery/oily stool and sometimes dark in colour. Also feeling some weird noises and watery type movement in stomach. Please help i am very anxious due to this. Blood tests CBC LFT KFT thyroid urinalysis were normal. Please help. Age 22. My stomach is bloated and I'm not feeling any pressure of stool and no traces of hard stole. But today I bleed during stool. My stomach is paining and acidic too much.

Sinc five days I am having pain in my lower left abdomen. Lately I have been studying for my exam so I sit for about 3 to 4 hours on the chair in a strech. I forget to leave the chair. I don't feel pain but upon pressing the region it feel a bit sore. Even from few days I am not having proper bowel movement . Please guide me whether the pain is due to prolonged static sitting or something else.

A week ago, there was blood in stool. Spotted the blood twice a week ago. One time it was a lot. Then it all became fine for a week. Today I spotted the blood in stool again. Could this be cause of any serious worry? What type of test should I get done and what type of doctor should I meet?

I m 29 year old, from last 8 month I have a cronic cough and acid reflux. Also indigestion problem. Because of that somee time all of a sudden i feel dry mouth , breathing issue and chest pain . I observed that from last 3 days I yawn too much some time not  satisfaction and  urge to take a deep breath from mouth. and alsoo gas problem What's the permanent solution ?
