Doctor has prescribed me with the doxycyline 100mg antibiotic for 21 days because of my insect bite infection..so can I take vitamin b complex tablets with antibiotic? Many say antibiotic creates heat in the body so we need to take b complex to let it cool..so can I take b complex with antibiotic?

Hlo doctor I am a hypochondriac and went to do endoscopy to give peace to my mind I have nothing as ultrasound blood test were normal but idk how it showed erosive pan gastritis and multiple erosion seen in fundus and stomach How is it possible I have no acidity symptoms at all no pain nothing I am tensed from last 1.2 year is it because of that?
