Hello sir m chandan my age 39 years old and m suffer from gerd from 21 years and I used to take one pantoprozol DSR every morning and I change my life style but refluxing happened...what should I do if I go for surgery it will qured peanently or not please reply me

I am feeling pain in stomach right upper side from last two years, not much pain but some kind of discomfort. Went for ultrasound & found liver size  15.7cm. I feel tired and pain in hip & knee joint also.

Hello doctors, I usually go every day once in the morning for motion and never had any problem. I was able to clear my bowels completely. Since 1 week I'm observing that, my stool is watery and I feel like I'm not able to empty my bowels completely. I'm eating perfectly whole day, but my motion is very very less and watery and I can sense that incoming and outgoing is abnormal. Just like everyday routine after waking up, I can sense of going to bathroom like usual but as I told it's just watery. No stomach pain. Past history: 1) went to village a week ago and had local water for 5 days, after coming back home the problem started like this. 2) it's been 3 months got recovered from COVID. Pls suggest me what to do and if any medicine pls prescribe it ... Thanks

My mother age 67, recently admitted to hospital and discharged for being deficiency in sodium level it was 119, taken the saline in hospital. during the discharge time it came to 130 level, but right know today it was again sodium level is 114, she also suffering from sever gas and acidity, Is there any way to control the sodium level in home, or any plz suggest me
