Yesterday I had severe gas pain, and it was sudden( 0 to 100 in 10 mins). The pain was excruciating, and I almost had to be taken to the hospital but I puked twice and the pain gradually subsided in 6 hrs. Felt like my stomach was about to burst and the feeling was similar to child delivery. I couldn't touch my stomach because it pained whenever I did. Although the gas pain isn't there, but the stomach still hurts upon touching. I think the walls of the stomach has been ruptured. Or can there be any other underlying disease. The feeling of the stomach being bloated is still there.
Kindly suggest, doctor.
