I am experiencing pain in the left side of my stomach tried rabidoc d medicine Limca eno as well but no relief what can be the major cause of this pain? Is it a serious problem

Hi, I have diagnosed with bleeding ulcers in small intestine and inflammation. Done with endoscopy,colonoscopy and capsule endoscopy,CT angeo test and few other in top hospital of Delhi. Having medicines but it's not getting stopped. Please guide me how to stop bleeding ulcers and cure it completely. Because of it I am anemic. Please help.

Hi I have constipation problem after my delivery Whenever I take tirfala and ishabol then I feel well.my delivery was Feb 2020 .  But still I am facing this problem .
