Gulping sound on mouth
I have enlarge epiglottis since june 15 after consulted to ent specialist and taken some antibiotics still epiglottis high rising. Now last 5 days every time when. I drinking water some gulping sound on mouth after drinking water. Also some food came to throat. Is it due to high rising epiglottis or other. Please help me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sgpt level increase
Hello from 1 year my Sgpt often go to 200 when I take urdohep 300 it comes to normal and when left it again increases.
I have done all the antibody , hepatitis ,and usg bot no findings. Yesterday during endoscopy my h pylori test get postive.
Whether h pylori infection may cause Sgpt increament or not . Please give answer.
