Problem in stomach of acid reflux from more than one year. Taken many medicines but no good results.

Hi, I am 24 years old. My endoscopy report shows the Antral Gastric. There is noting symptoms else. - But i have sore throat regularly - hard to speak/ can't communicate - Pain in vocal cord side. according to these, i have silent reflux or LPRD i think. According to gastroenterologist, i am taking Pantacid(Pantaparazole only) but nothing changed . This kind of problem was since 4 months So, please prescribe me effective medicines.

From last 5 years I had gas problem. Often chest burning issue. Took treatment but relief when used pantaprazole/dsr. Used gaviscon for chest burn and have relief majorly but when I drunk or used any general medicine I see the problem again for couple of days

Sir I am filling little burning., chubhan,gas And I am not filling well in stomach .if I pick havey load ,I fill little pain like gas. What is your good advice. 10 day before I meet physician ,He gave pan40, and antacid .I fill well , after 10 day again fill problem in stomach.

Having alot of burps/belching after every meal especially after drinking water. I thought it was acidity but its not that because the burps are normal burps no taste of acid or sour in mouth. It happens more when I drink water and go to bed and lye down. Its makes me feel like a gas ballon and it continues for atleast 2 hours therefore cant sleep on time. It happens more or frequent after drinking water no one in the house has this problem of burps after drinking water but I have acute burps/belching immediately after drinking water. Please help me at the earliest.
