Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been facing chest burn from few month so badly that I feel like heavily cough and like vomitting. Most of the time when I consult with doctors they prescribed me some tablets so I tried all those tablets but all those are useless! After that I am using mostly OMEZ 20 mg capsules.but I need permanent treatment please suggest !!

Due to covid recovery and post covid I used lot of tablets ,and antibiotics . After recovering from everything Im getting burning sensation from 20 days . I went to dermatologist and piles surgeon they told it's is not piles and told small type of fungus agfter the course completed I still not relived from this sensation.. plz tell which type of doctor should I go. Or exactly this is ..plz post u r valiable taughts regarding this ..

I have issues related to IBS-D since childhood. As of now, I have proper bowel movements but suddenly in between I have bouts of periods of no bowel movement for few days. It is accompanied by trapped foul smelling gas. Have tried probiotics, but it takes many days to recover. Very uncomfortable situation. Could you suggest any measures.

Iam suffering  diarrhea from today morning after breakfast( high spicy). Iam on psychiatric medicine venice xr 150 from 2 months for anxiety and panic disorder . Watery output for 7 or more times and tendency for going to toilet. Also stomach cramping with discomfort . Can I take loperamide 2mg . Any interactions with Venice xr or any other medicine to stop diarrhea and stomach pain associated with continuous motion ?
