Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have some digestion issues since last year. I have taken course for that 2-3 time. Now taking Ayurvedic medicines. My complaints are i m experiencing muscle pain in hand and legs constantly. I am always bloated. Everytime i press on stomach i can burp...and sometimes i feel tired. I do walk daily for 4 kms. What could be causing all this..can stomach issues cause muscle pain and tiredness? Apart from walking my most of the day doesn't involve any activity.

Hi doctor.. I am 23 year boy.. I have burning like in left lumber region and left irriac region in abdomen and seeing some little blood in stool (colour is red but amont is little ) I am having last history of GERD, pan gestritis , deodenitis 1 year ago and treated .. in that time I am also watch stool in blood but after medication its stop and I am covid posative 2 month ago and treted in home on that time I am taking lots of medication so after that I am facing this problem.. so what to do... pls guide

Having mild fever (99.5) since last 4 days, pain in abdomen, right side chest pain, mild breathing problems. No appetite. Vomiting 3-4 times. No relief by taking ondestron tablet. Liver enzymes are elevated. AST 51, GGTP 88, ALP 139. Please Advice.
