Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've suddenly started to bloat at night quite a lot, it's been happening for a few days now! Do you think it could be something serious? Should I go have a check? Due to that my quantity of eating had also reduced.

I am diagonised with Chron's for last 3 years. Everything is going good. I am taking folitrax 15 mg every week evening at 6. I am having nausea and vomiting due to acid reflux after taking injection. Is there any alternative medicine instead of methotrexate injection and aziathropine?

Sir/Madam, last few day I am suffering from problem of stomach. I am not able to digest properly and if I eat a little bit, then belching starts, some gas is also formed and the stomach is not being cleared properly. My mother was suffering from tindy gallbladder stones. She got it removed by laproscopic Cholecystectomy 22 days back. Since then she was recovering quite ok,but since last 7-8 days at night she is having sever pain in her stomach in upper right side in every 2-3 days. She only recovers after taking pain medicine in 2 hrs approx. She got ultrasound and lft test done. But everything seems ok. She did take covishield 2nd dose around 7-8 days back and she is taking precautions in eating . What could be the possible reason for the pain.

Recently I had endoscopy.please check  the report  and  share your opinion and suggest some medicines (tablet names)
