Good morning sir I am suffering from duodenitis since 3 months I am used Esomac L for month And now i am using NEXPRO RD40... Now am not getting any burning sensation in my stomach.. But heavy bloating in my stomach When i was driving a bike it is difficult to me take a breath. In the night time also am getting breathing problem. Headache.. Dizziness Fatigue. Difficulty in swallowing Leg cramps.. My vit b12 level was 78 Vit.D3- 30.85 Should i take any medicine or continue with the same medication sir. Sometimes I am going under depression. My life was gone, today i am going to die, these things came into my mind sir.. Please give me your suggestion sir. Which is really helpful to me sir..

I am taking pantocid 40 mg for two months for my gastritis problem every morning on empty stomach as prescribed by my doctor but i don't know why i am feeling hungry of about half an hr or after 1 hr i am feeling v irritated due to frequent hunger. It was never my diet. I never eat so much. My reports are also ok. Is this hunger due to pantocid medication or its something else. Can i stop this medication

Hi I got some stomach ache and fever a month back with some heavy headache.. after visiting the doctor and getting a few tests done. I got mild infections in stomach, liver and urine. I took medicines for 7 days.. I was feeling better. Again the same problem has occurred, but now I have got heaviness n pain in the left side of my abdomen area. What should be done.

Since last month I am having gas problem. In the evening time it builds up and even after sleeping the whole night, in the morning I still feel it. And by 9:30 approx. I almost feel like vomiting and then the feeling subsides as I start my office work. But even throughout the day, there seems to be heaviness and the same cycle starts in evening. Intensity might differ but the story is same. Would like some advice on this, eating eno or gelusil is also not very helpful.

Hi, I recovered from covid 6 months back. However ever since I've had bloating and gas issues. Over the last 3 months I've also noticed that there's a lot of redness in my throat and I get sore throat whenever I have something chilled. Attaching a picture of my throat. I've also had episodes of recurrent fevers. Had fever last month on the same day and have fever again. Covid negative both times. Does this seem like a gastric issue?

My father is having acidity and gas regularly with heart burn. Is there any OTC medicine which can be taken when ever this occurs.
