Sir I am having problem of acid reflux... It's gets increase in panic situation. and sometime feels heart burn also.

Having weird tastes in mouth throughout the day since a long time. Have taken meds like Pan D and also taking liv 52 meds. What can be the cause for this ? I did not face this before for this long though. I'm on veg  diet with less spices. Also, water consumption is less due to frequent urination issues. Don't have much appetite though. Have a desk job, so continuous sitting. Still lots of people do it and don't face any issues. Why me and why for this long. How can I find out the root cause.

What is the diet for IBS? Can apple be taken regularly and what are the foods to be avoided? Can probiotic tablets be taken regularly?

While checking last body check up have got little bit evaluation on my thyroid and liver  Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) : 53.6 U/l.

Hi Sir, Recently I got dyspnea from past 2 months. Consulted Gastrentologist and he suggested Acogut and sompraz L. Now it's 90 % better. My question is to still continue above medicines till doctor prescribed time ie for one month or should I stop. ? As I feel better can I stop those ? Please suggest
