I HAVE BLACK THIN STOOLS.. SOMETIMES ITS BLACK THIN STOOLS AND SOMETIMES ITS NORMAL COLOUR..( I am going to toilet 2-3 times) WITH RIGHT SHAPE. ALSO I Have lost weight.. Facing Heartburn, indigestion, burping, belching, nausea ESR is 62 and lymphocytes is 48% what to do?

I had lap appendectomy in June 2021, and right now having pain on right side of abdomen, back and groin. Ct scan revealed non specific lymphadenopathy. I'm attaching report. What to do now ?

Hello doctor, Myself 32 years old male with no past medical history/ not undergoing any treatment is facing indigestion with bloating,farting, stomach gurgling sound, some time feeling heaviness in upper abdomen after having meals( lunch/ dinner) even with non spicy plain simple food( rice, dal, curry, fish). It is continuing for last 10 days. It is hampering my daily life. No exercise, since it's work from home but I ensure to have healthy home made food, very rarely outside food /junk food I consume. Poop/potty is normal, sausage shape if done on alternate days, if it is happening daily, then it's muddy or creamy type. Also feeling lower back pain near hips every morning after waking up. Morning starts with farting. Sometimes cramping is felt in lower abdomen below navel but it is very occasional. Urine is proper with no irritation and whitish in color. Could you please suggest me and let me know if there is any concern.

Hi, Suffering from stomach pain since 4 days. Initial 2 days took "Rantac" tablet for gastric . Then consulted dr at punya hospital and was diagnosed as infection in stomach and appropriate tmedicine was prescribed. Attached is the prescription. But the pain has reduced only by 50 %.
