Hello am passing Green Colour stool after taking Pentowok & Sulpride - R & Sucrafil more than 5 days Today am passed small amount of red colour blood please tell me what is the problem & am suffering from GERD

Hi, I am working in night shift for more than 3 yrs and for last 5 month I am facing issue with my digestion system, I am suffering with acidity and acid refluz. Taking Pantocid DSR for more than 4 months. I am good while taking medicine. As I left or miss for 2 days again problem get worse and my burning starts in chest. Now I am facing difficulty while swallowing. Any advise to get rid of this acid reflux, acidity or chet burn? Thank you.
