Fart problem
I am 35 years old. I am a computer engineer. I have 8-9 hours sitting job. I feel gassy all the time. I want to fart within short span of time durIng job everyday. But office is so silent all the time so i cant make fart noise. Moreover because of AC, windows and doors are closed always so fear to release fart smell. Even toilet is inside office so fart noise can be heard clearly to outside colleagues. So cant dare to fart inside the toilet. 12 employees are there in office.
I am so restless all the day. It affects on my work performance.
What to do.? Any genuine help will be appreciated.
