Yesterday at night suddenly I got pain in upper right side of my stomach the pain was moderate but disturbing and it was a type of twisting pain which was occurring intermittently but after taking paracetamol within an hour pain stop and I slept ...but today I am feeling feverish little bit nd heaviness nd tightness with a very dull pain on stomach at that particular site

Hi I have been observing acidicity and burps after every meal.. Even if I take half chapati.. Or milk I feel like acidic.. Please suggest.

My wife missed her period post marriage and its been 41 days. She was having irregular period cycle before marriage. Her first period cycle post marriage went regular. We decided to take a home hcg test on the 41st day of her missed period cycle and then found a faint line (picture attached) Is this considered a false positive?
