I am always constantly bloated and constipated, sometimes for even a week. It hurts a lot and the gas puts a lot of pressure on my tummy. I exercise daily and even eat a lot of vegetables and drink plenty of water and I eat a mostly vegetarian diet but with good about of milk products like milk and cheese, I am not sure whether I am lactose intolerant or if I am gluten intolerant or if its some other problem. I have also shifted from roti to rice and don't eat a lot of biscuits or cakes but I do eat bread, 3-4 times a week. What should I do?
