Detected positive for H PYLORI form RUT TEST took medication for 14 day pantoacid HP then 30PPI TREATMENT AGAIN TESTED positive for H plyori provided pantoacid hp for 14days same but had some side effects I have stopped it after 15days checked with UBT TEST I have tested negtive but I am having same symptoms like if i get up elary morning in. 5 am I have stomch pain in sleep also mrng 5 am pain starts and i having blouting and acidity in morning time could please help me what I need to done how to treat I am worried about it.
