Hello Doctor, Today i come to know about grade 2 Hammeroids. Doctor has said after physical examination and gave me medicine for 7 days. I am afraid do i need to go under surgery and any chances of re occurring?

Is it true that if we consume lemon juice + milk empty stomach in the morning will heal piles as claimed by some ayurvedic?

Can gastric issues cause cold and anxiety because I feel whenever I have gastric issue I feel more anxious. And also just after pooping I have fast heart beat and heart ecg and 2d echo are normal.

My father got stroke on 25june2021,and the medicine is going on, and second stroke on 07/november/2021, now he is OK, but he got constipation issues , I give looz cyrup, pruease 1mg, but nothing work, can you please help me out Here, I need some help with constipation issues for my father.

Hi , Everyday morning to evening I am having a hoarse voice and sore throat . Sometimes it becomes very difficult to speak. by night it becomes little bit easy to speak . I am not sure if it is silent acid reflux . I have this hoarse voice from childhood itself . Any suggestions please.

Hello from last 2 weeks i am having upper abdomen pain and especially after having meals so i showed a general physician he gave some medicines and recommended to do an usg of whole abdomen which i did and the reports came as normal only but its written GALL BLADDER IS PARTIALLY CONTRACTED WITH NORMAL CONTOUR AND WALL THICKNESS so can you tell me what does it mean? And wenever i go to sleep pain increases after 4 or 5 hours then after doing potty it slowly subsides.

Yesterday I was feeling heaviness and nausea all day and today I experienced yellow bile or blues in my vomit early morning and also like if there is some fluid in my neck so I vomited couple of times after which it stopped coming but still feeling nausea

From today evening I am feeling pain under my chest, upper left abdomen. please help what to do and medicine for this.
