I need to go imedietly after food to latrin also without sigrate and gutka I can't do latrin in morning please give me a medicine name

I am a businesman while I was studing btech in delhi in hostel I didn't like food so I eat chola batura road side daily but now after eating food I need go to latrin .and in morning I took atleast 5 or 6 cigrate to fresh my stomach for latrin without it I don't feel pressure in latrin n I can't go to shop what is the solution

My boyfriend suffers from gastric problem every now and then, especially in the midnight. And often suffers from shortness of breathe. He can't even utter a word. If he does it causes pain.. What I can do to ease the pain? Please suggest me..
