Iam sufferering from loose motion for the past twao days any home remedies to stop it pls it is wateery type and it's unstopable

Can Entamoeba histolytica (cyst)  be cured permanently? If yes then how many days will it take to be cured for permanently?

Since passing the stool in the morning, I was feeling slight inflammation / pain in the anus. However, by the evening it grew little more. At evening I started feeling inflammation both in the urethra and anus. I feel urge to pass urine and stool but nothing comes. I touch the end part of the anus and it seems little part of it is hard and swollen. The stool i pass in the morning was normal.

Please suggest something for heartburn as I am facing this since 7 days and now I am starting taking Dorab-DSR and Vibact once a day. Also, taking sucralfate syrup - one spoon thrice a day. Please suggest if i have to do something else as I am very much suffering from this problem.

My stomach has bloated suddenly 3 weeks after gallbladder removal surgery. Concern is that it's always bloated irrespective of eating. Also I had no such bloating after surgery and my stomach was completely flat.. now 3 weeks later suddenly it's bloated.. kindly let me know what could be happening with me.
