I had taken a blood test recently where crp value was 12Mg/dl I had developed gastritis 2 months back and confirmed it with endoscopy How to bring the crp value down?

Hi Doctors good morning last night I have moong dal recipe  with rice after some at late night I have continuous 3 times motion and morning after breakfast immediately had motion but motion was solid only,often rare times  after eating dal or egg I feel the same, I have contacted gastroenterologist  he suggested Rifamaxcin tablets  and personally I have taken Visco syrup, when I was under medication it  was quite ok, but sometimes when I take dal rice with egg I feel immediate bowel movement, today  after motion I feel gastric, doctor please suggest some  better medication or any syrup  for permanent relief. Doctor, am facing Upper Abdomen Pain for a few days. Pain starts in an area below right ribs, stomach bloating, Pain radiating to backside and centre of rib bone, feel full on small meal, discomfort in stomach and body after eating and feel kind of Feverish all the time.
