Grade 1 Fatty Liver Stiffness 7.3
Accidentally found fatty liver grade 1 with normal sized liver seen in usg. No symptoms. Fibroscan showing stiffness 7.3 and moderate fat deposit. Lft is not done by doctor. He said to do it after a month. My crp is normal. I'm exercising (fast walking 2 and half hours and 20 floors stepping) and eating vegetables salads, whole grain dalia and kodo, pomegranate, apple like fruits and almonds. Removed sugar, oil, spice and white rice. How many time it takes to reverse? How scary is my condition? I'm so scared.

Hi, you have non alcoholic fatty liver disease if you are not consuming any alcohol. Your Fibroscan is showing grade 2 fibrosis. You are adopting a healthy life style now and keep following the routine. Nothing much to worry. I need to you see your other reports like platelet count, lipid profile, LFT, RBS, CAP on fibroscan etc. There is no fixed time duration for reversal of fatty change.
Next Steps
Get repeat USG abdomen and Fibroscan after 6 months
Health Tips
