I'm diagnosed with dengue few days before and still under medication but now I'm totally fine from dengue according to me but just now as per Doctor's advice i took some blood test and found SGOT 98 and SGPT 138. So please tell me how it will be cured and which doet i should avoid and how many days will it take to recover completely.

Hello Doctor. My daughter who is 4.5 years old, weight 20 kg has lots of gas and abdominal pain due to gas on and off. She's lactose intolerant so there's no addition of dairy in her food. She eats home food only. She has been suffering from a lot of gas lately. He poop is yellow mostly. Not soft. Seems ok. Sometimes slightly pale but not white. I don't see too many undigested veg in her stool either. She takes egg and other normal veg food. Her gas seems to increase with dal I'm guessing. Feels like she digests slowly. Can I give her a digestive enzyme? Gripe water seems to relieve her. Is this normal? How do I help with gas.. please let me know your thoughts. The abdominal pain on and off is worrying. We did a usg a few years back. She was fine. She had been to a paed gastro as well. Please help. I'm worried she may start losing weight. She was 21.4 but list weight a few months back due to mild diarrhea. Was on rifaximin nizonide and probiotics. She active otherwise.

Hello doctor, l am aware that passing gas is quite natural and healthy. But in my case it exceeds the daily count. I pass gas more than 30 times a day. What is this a sign of? I have bloating and acid reflux problem. But does this mean l should pass gas more than that number? Is there any severe problem with my stomach and health?
