Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been prescribed mesalamine for left side colitis (3 tab and 1 enema per day). Does this drug have side effects in the long run? I have read it can affect liver and kidneys. Is it true?

I  have a celiac disease, pls suggest me some gluten free health drinks I am taking gluten free diet since 6 months.  I am too thin, I also have gastric problem. I have consulted the doctor many times.  He gives some medicine.  Then it stays fine for a few days.  Then the medicine runs out.  Then my problem becomes all the same. I have to get the LFT test done by myself.  I am attaching the report.  Will I have to consult a doctor again? (If I keep on taking multivitamins, I do not get mouth ulcers.  In such a situation, I stop multi vitamins...  keep coming again.)

Hi, had some pain in July went for an ultrasound my liver size was 174.5 it reduce from there to 174 then 151 now 123. But I still have abdominal pain and as per usg report I have grade 2 fatty liver do I have liver cirrhosis and my liver is shrinking now. Attached oldest and latest report

Hyperacidity is fully curable or not. Because I am experiencing heavy acidity at night if I discontinue the ppi. I am taking diet in timely manner. No spicy oily and junk food. Still am experiencing acidity at night Next day experiencing heart burn because of this. Please suggest any remedies.

Lactifibre and isabgol both are not working effectively for my constipation. I took isabgol for 2 days and lactifibre for one day still I am not satisfied. Should I wait for another 2-3 days and try lactifibre or change the medicine?
