Why do I get yellow brown stool sometimes with a tiny red spot. And also I have abdominal pain after pooping. My legs and hands also ache. And I have pain in left side of the chest . I'm not able to eat outside food much nowadays. What could be the cause ??? I feel nausea sometimes. I'm on etilaam pro 20 from 3 days but stool color was changed before that. I have upper back pain too.
