Bleeding while passing stool from a week and feeling pain while passing stool and also having constipation

I feel discomfort in stomach ( a kind of tension in the stomach muscles ) when I lie flat for more time. It feels as if the muscles are pulling a lot. When I again lie on side or on stomach it never effects. Do I need to be concern for it or it's normal ?

My father has a Swallowing problem. Food is chowing. Surprisingly,it happens sometimes only not all times. Sonography normal. He is afraid of endoscopy. It has been for more than a year. Mostly happen during night meals and not happen everytime. He has been suffering from GERD since 3 decades. Could it be something serious? He is afraid for endoscopy because he thinks that it could turn out to be cancer. No pain only food gets stuck and not everytime
