Bloating/stomach upset digestion problem
Hello sir,
I am suffering from schizophrenia, recently I started taking Ash gourd juice which has helped my digestion and Schizophrenia symptoms. I had earlier taken yakult as a probiotic. Does stopping yakult imbalance the stomach and in turn the mind. How long can I take Ash gourd juice. Can I take yakult along with juice, will taking yakult help me with mental issues.
