I ate norfloxin at 7 pm for stomach issue and also had azithral at 1 am for throat infection. Am i at risk as i consumed 2 antibiotics together .

Hello, I am attaching my sister's USG whole abdomen report. In this, the liver size is increased and parenchymal echo texture is altered. Spleen size is also enlarged. Free fluid is also seen in abdomen. and there is some impressions can be seen also in report. Please tell me is it dangerous or can be care easily with the treatment or it has long treatment.

Having belching burping stomach ache cramps severe bloating. No vomit no nausea. Appetite is normal. biopsy reports will take 4 days. I am worried. usg abdomen scan was normal 10 days back. endoscopy done today shows gastropathy. Can it be cancer? in body it shows mild inflamtory. Other all normal. Is it related to cancer. my age is 23 male.. weight 62. No fmaily history of cancer..
