Liver calcified granulomas
Hi, I past I had enlarged liver and abdominal pain and was advised to take vitamin e and bilypsa. Recently I underwent kub ct for kidney in report it was mentioned multiple calcified granulomas in right lobe. My doctor said it is due to previous injury nothing to be worried. Can it be resolved by medicine or will it go by it own, sometimes once in a while I feel very little pain in my right side of my abdomen.

You need a dedicated CECT abdomen to characterise nature of these lesions. Can be anything from old TB, calcified hydatid Cyst. No medicine is needed or work if lesion is calcified.
