Liver problem
The liver is normal in size with increased parenchymal echotexture.No focal lesion is seen.The intrahepatic portal and hepatic venous system are normal.The intrahepatic bile ducts are not dilated Impression-Grade 1 fatty liver How can I interpret this result for USG.please help?
