Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering epigastric pain since last night and it's still persist what to do, some one help me wheather it is gas pain or acidity or any other problems

I am 41 years old suffering from  abdominal pain followed irregular motion having black stool for last 5days. Also having mild fever in the morning and fever at night with chillls which goes automatically once i wake up. I have consulted a physician which advise me to take Panday dsr before food twice a day. Also metrogyl Er and spacell tablet twice after food. For fever he gave wikoryl -10. I have taken this for 4 days.. Doctor prescribed for 5 days but very little help. Kindly advise thanks

I have severe pain in left side of abdomen post right side adhesions surgery.After eating the pain becomes very severe that i have to stop eating and otherwise also pain is there.Pain on left side is like someone is pressing frm inside. Consulted my gastro surgeon he said it will settle bt it is now 2months and nt settling.Pls suggest something.Tried medicines like drotin,normaxin bt nt helped.Pls suggest.

I had suffered gastric problem for 5-6 years but I don't know what just happened to  it no more for the past one month . I stopped drinking tea and coffee for 2 years ,now even if I am drinking tea and coffee I couldn't feel the gastric problem. Is it dangerous for me of disappearing that problem. Does it come further in future . I don't know pls advise me.

My daughter is not passing stool daily and after 2 or3 days she passes stool with weeping and rarely and some time stool having some blood . please prescribe me solution.
