I have taken Hepitites B vaccine today I had little cold can I take citrizine my cold is allergy cold can I take citrizine tablet?

I'm noticing little black specks and some undigested food in my poop. What could be the cause? Also having some left chest pain n back pain and body pain.

My son is 9 year old. His weight is 21 kg. He has been suffering from sharp navel pain since evening. He vomited three times. If he eat or drink anything he vomiting. Now his pain moved to lower abdomen (in the middle side). It's a mild pain.

I  have a celiac disease, pls suggest me some gluten free health drinks I am taking gluten free diet since 6 months.  I am too thin, I also have gastric problem. I have consulted the doctor many times.  He gives some medicine.  Then it stays fine for a few days.  Then the medicine runs out.  Then my problem becomes all the same. I have to get the LFT test done by myself.  I am attaching the report.  Will I have to consult a doctor again? (If I keep on taking multivitamins, I do not get mouth ulcers.  In such a situation, I stop multi vitamins...  keep coming again.)
