Pain in left arm it feels like something heavy I lifted yesterday it started from today morning ...right in the shoulder joint .. and one thing I have observed sometimes I get night fall at that morning my left side of the chest pains for few minutes after I wake up the pain goes away sometimes ... and one more thing when every I get tense I feel like vomiting....I just wanted to know with whom should I consult gastro or cardiologists ... I am having hard stool since March 2021, due to which I was diagnosed with fissure. Fissure is healed now but I still have hard stool. I have been taking cramaffin. I have seen few YouTube video which suggests that hard stool is related to large intestine and should consult gastroenterology. I am not sure whom to consult in person. I am having light heaviness type feeling in right upper abdomen and right chest area. No pain either in abdomen or chest. Only heaviness and discomfortness. Previously 8 months ago i took ECG and TMT for chest pains which were both normal. I also now having something stuck like feelung in right sides throat. Due to this heaviness in abdomen, chest discomfort/heaviness at the same time stuck feeling in right throat. And also having right nose congestion and right sided headache. Please guide me why it is happening i am a 25 years old whose sugar and bp are normal. And i am constipated also.But this issue is causing trouble in my daily routine

Is it safe to have one spoon of Isabghol every night? My stool passes easily every morning when I consume isabghol. Are there any side effects of this?

Hello Doctor. Please find attached reports of my 4.8 old daughter who has chronic stomach pain wick gets relieved after gas passing or burping. She also has long belching episodes. We have treated her with two antibiotics and rantac in sep. Her tummy pain continues. Pl find attached blood reports and usg reports. I had submitted only usg earlier. Doctors say she may be under stress for attention etc and to ignore this without treatment. I'm not sure and think it may be gastritis and she needs help. She gets up in the morning with Tummy pain and this has continued. At least 5 times a day she says pain especially after eating. Advice please. I'll be grateful. Except for that value that I have attached her stool urine routine reports are normal. Cbc normal. Hb at 12.1, peripheral smear normal, sr amylase normal. Is this gastritis. Please help.
