Sir on 28th oct 21 I have undergone LFT I'm which my sgot was 90 and sgpt was 131 Alkaline phosphatase is 164 and I have little pain in and sensation in the upper right abdomen. Can it be cured and I have been on antidepressants too for the last 5 years Should I go for another test or its my feeling that is scaring me Am I safe ? Pls tell me as I'm the only breadwinner of my family and only son. I have been a fatty liver patient too for a long time.

I Done My USG Today.All report is ok.But Mild fatty liver and tiny 1 mm polyp on galbladdar.How to cure Polyp and mild fatty liver? Age-57(Male)

Hi doctor, i am passing alots of gas with very foul smell since two days and having stomach pain since morning today in middle abdomen. I had got my ultrasound of whole abdomen three days back and everything is normal.. Only I had 2.6 CM umbilical hernia and that is since one year. Hi I am Adarsh, age -25, weight- 58kg. I was having lower abdomen left side pain in March in USG it was mild hydronephrosis. Then I didn't felt pain regularly. I noticed rashes on my foot and pain in lower left abdomen mainly at night. When I woke up suddenly I feel pain. There is no issue in urine. I just notice I urinate frequently. I did USG now and it shows enlarge liver 136 mm. Rest things are normal. I just feel pain in left abdomen not at any specific location sometimes up sometime down below Hip. Please suggest. Attaching my reports. Please help I am suffering since 9 months. I am unable to understand the issues.

Feeling difficult & painful while passing stool for last 2 weeks.Pain & burning sensation continues for few hours after passing stool.Externally no redishness or bruises found. Stool consistency is also normal. Kindly suggest treatment required.

I was an regular alcoholic since August 2021...after that I am taking it 10-12 days in a month...but now my stool did not clear at once ...I am going to latrin after taking breakfast and lunch also...I did not understand why it is happening...3 month ago I did an ultrasound for knowing the condition of my liver ...and the condition is mild fatty liver...I didn't take any medicine till now... suggest me the treatment...age 32..male..
