I got  fundoplication surgery 1 year ago ,but now i have Reflux at night which caused chronic sore throat ,lungs inflamation and sinus problem ,again yesterday i got endoscopy and doctor told me your wrap is loose a little bit ,he advised me to take aciloc (ranitidine ) life long at night ,what is do?

I am getting burps after eating or drinking immediately. So I went for diagnosis and initially I have been diagnosed with a small ulcer and hpylori positive and then I have used hpylori kit, burping wasn't stopped and again hpylori is still postive. In later diagnosis I have got the result that I'm having small hiatal hernia with 2cm . And also IBS. Now I'm having a doubt is that which of these problems are causing burps? And is hiatal hernia with 2cm is to be considered as a complicated issue? What can I do to stop the chronic burps?

I have grade 1 fatty liver and have not taken alchohol for 15 days. How many more days should i wait before taking alchohol.

It's been more than a month that I have feeling of mild discomfort on the left side of abdomen. Sometimes there is a mild pain which radiates to the back. Also sometimes I feel pessure in the abdomen whic is relieved aftr passing the stool. I have sometime observed dark brown stool. Went for USG. It's normal. M already taking medicine to relieve IBS symptoms. Is this concerning or alarming?

I have facing the problem of mucus in stool from 4 months take homeopathy medicine with some relief but it recur now it is happening between every 3 days No pain is associated with it . sometimes experience burning sensation while defecation .stool is solid I have also pneumaturia from two years which is lessen now .what is the cause of mucus in stool .i also takes brakke tablet for 7 days but only relief for only 1 month.what should be cause?

Recently I was diagnosed and finished medication for lax les, Antral gastritis and RUT positive and a bleeding colon polyp. ( polyp removed now and bleeding stopped) . Due to hair loss i tested blood and found having serum ferritin and vitamin d deficiency. Serum ferritin is 17 and vitamin d level is 18. Is it advisable for me to take pronagen and livogen tablets for hair problem. Kindly advise

I am having sharp chest pain while eating food after eating bananas. It feels like something is stuck between my chest and whenever I going to swallow something it hurts very bad. It feels very sharp pain to let it pass through my esophagus for a while. I have noticed this type of pain only happens after I eat bananas but I can't ignore them. As I want to gain some weight I want to keep eating bananas.

I have 3 bilirubin its from 4 months when i take ursodeoxycholic acid 300+300=600 mg in one day Then its getting lower but when I don't take its getting up i have tried many medicines liv 54 hepa merz etc. And i had consulated with a doctor he say its normal we don't give any medicine for this
