Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had acidity issues and doctor suggested endoscopy,it showed I had haital hernia which is the cause of acid reflux. I have been advice d to take ganaton and pantodac for 2 weeks. I feel better after taking the medicines but reflux and heart burn comes back after few days of stopping the medication. I want to know is this a life time conditions? Do I have to keep taking these medicines life long or whenever I have acid reflux? Can the hernia go away on it own? Is it better to do a surgery instead of taking these medicines frequently?

One and half year back diagnosed with acute pancreatitis (non alcoholic ) citi scan report shows hiatus hernia and small ulcer I follow a normal routine then I don't get any issue but as soon as the timing gate changed I feel too much gas and acidity . I am having constipation issue since 2015 . I like to have a suggestion on it

Hi I am suffering from right side abdomen pain occasionally and all the time after waking up.i have done USG, stool test, urine examination , CRP and everything is normal. Can someone please tell me the reason for the pain.facing it from past 6 months.

Is it ok to poop after 5 hours of eating something? Like papaya or corn. And also pooping three times a day after every meal. Any suggestions?

20 days ago had loose motion and stomach pain which releved after resting for a day but after that gets stomach pain sometime on left down part of abdoman.

Hello, please help my cousin has gall bladder stone she is feeling nausea and pain in abdomen please tell what to do in night no doctor is available.

My Mother 80 years old. She has been suffering with piles and constipation problem for about an year. a year back she even has blood. Gastroenterologist was consulted. Blood vanished about 8 months back.she took looz 10 gm and applied smuth cream. Daflon 500 was given for one day. Constipation was severe till about a month back. She took variety of treatments. Homeopathic pilex, home remedies for many months. Dietary changes were also brought in. No pain was there for the last say 3 to 4 months. Since two days back she was having pain. Constipation problem got vanished one month back. Today in her stool there was blood aftet 8 months. A lump can be seen near anus about 1 cm away with a small white skin in middle. Pic there. My question is whether piles is going away. Is blood from stomach.  She has no constipation. Sometimes feeling of going to toilet is there. She had a stomach pain last night. Suggest what is this piles or due to stomach.

Who was perform Nissan fundoplication surgery? I am suffering from this problem from two years onwards .I am using rabeprazole morning and evening with high doses still I am not responding to medication and getting acid frequently into mouth and unable breathing properly..I am loosen too much weight also...how much I need to pay for surgery..plz do surgery for me..plz do refer experienced doctor.

My mom is facing swallowing problem.. Upper GI endoscopy and biopsy also done and every thing is ok... But what is the permanent solution for this. Ki dly suggest for specialist to whome i should  meet..

Is ph manometry neccessary before fundoplication? I am having esophagitis and difficulty swallowing problem But my previous 24hrs manometry shows no reflux. Can I go for fundoplication?
