How can I have good digestion.is there anything that I shouldn't do or should do. What are any foods to avoid. How much water litres per day?

Don't know which food is causing too much gas and thn headache and body pain . i use to avoid all such gasy foods such as potato, beans but still i feel tired all day

Hi I have been having persistent acidity problem since 8 months. Once reflux happened when I was sleeping. Had pantoprazole 40 MG morning and evening for six months. Felt much better but as soon as I stopped it appeared again. Now occasionally I have to take pantoprazole. Still I don't feel 100% recovered. My morning breakfast is tea and biscuit at around 10 am. Lunch rice dal veg at 1 pm evening tea at 7 and dinner at around 1 am heavy.

I dignose with chronic GERD and gastritis and I loss my weight 4 kg in last 1 month,so is it because of my diet or is it normal..?

Endoscopy: mild gastritis and lax esophagus. HPylori positive. Took 10 days of Levofloxacin 500, Amoxicillin 1000 BD. Got relieved for two months. Gastritis symptoms like bloating, burping, irritable bowel again back. What could be the cause? Is the HPylori back again?

Having problem in stool passing. At starting it takes hard to pass stool also have to push hard to get it pass, after that it passes normally
