Stomach Problems & Remedies

What ever I eat, gas created in stomach. I am drinking enough water still I am facing the issue. What is the proper diet for it. Also I need proper medication from a physician for diet and Nutrition.

Sir, I have the problem of shapless and sticky stools for 5-6 months. My stools are shapless and sticks on the toilet shet. I dont have any other symptoms my bowl movements are regular also. I don't needs to push too much during evacuation. Drinking lots of water and doing excercise also.

I shifted to a new location so due to delay in getting gas connection I had to eat out for 1 week. Now I'm feeling severe jalan in my food pipe 24x7. And slightly pain also. Jalan is till throat. What to do to get immediate relief.

Facing issues like acidity, heartburn which lead to headache & chest pain. This is from a very long period of time may be from 4-5 years earlier it was less but as the time passed it got unbearable. Also the testings asked by 1 of the Dr. suggest that it's a case of fatty liver.

I am facing a little tightness and pain on applying pressure in the stomach area just below the diaphragm...it feels like it's obstructing something in the food pipe just where it opens into stomach and sometimes gives symptoms like acid reflux. I am taking functional dyspepsia medicines. Nextpro in the morning empty stomach. Afternoon and night , taking actapro 100 mg tablet in empty stomach. I am feeling  "release a lot of urine all at once" even without drinking much water. Can anyone please tell me whether these tablets causing this problem?

PLS HELP, i have been having feeling of lump in throat from 2 days only while swallowing saliva but not while having food or water. i have too much burping but no heartburn or pain what could be the issue?? i m patient of ibs

Sonography done. Gall bladder physologically distanded and reveals an anechoic lumen . Other things showing normal, much pain also bloting and loose motions

Which condition can cause slow gastric emptying otherthan gastroparesis and ulcer.
