Treatment of LAX LES Grade 3 Undergone endoscopy Right now having Food reflux to mouth along with burping excessively Please prescribe some meds

According to my USG report, "Thickened multiple bowel loops with ascites are seen in abdomen." And my hemoglobin is 8 gram.

I have been getting oily stool from about 3 months. Its not regular its on and off like once in 7 days or sometimes ones in 15 days. While wiping anus i see oil like substance. Also when my stomach is empty it make noises and growls too much and causes discomfort. Please help what is this. I am stressed too much due to this. Is this something serious.
